		<description>Re Excellent Food, not sure if you have seen the results of, or comment on, Michelin's rating of Japanese restaurants.  See www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/asia/article2901640.ece and elsewhere. You are now probably closer to more Michelin stars than you would be in either Paris or New York (depending on how close you are to Tokyo, that is.)</description>
